Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture, has revealed its list of Australia’s Best Workplaces™ for 2026. Sensible has once again been named among them, placing #4 in the micro category (organisations with fewer than 30 people).
This year’s list draws on 128,405 confidential employee survey responses, making it one of the most rigorous reads on workplace culture in Australia. It’s the fourth consecutive year we’ve made the list, demonstrating a robust and resilient culture.
Recognition that comes from our people
What makes this recognition matter is where it comes from. There’s no panel to impress and no submission that tips the result. Rankings are based on confidential employee feedback, gathered through Great Place to Work’s proprietary Trust Index™ survey. The survey includes 60 statements and two open questions covering trust in leadership, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.
In other words, the people who work here decided this. That’s the only endorsement we’d want.
Four years among Australia’s best
Since achieving Great Place to Work Certification in 2022, Sensible has been named to the Best Workplaces in Australia list every year since — #12 in 2023, #4 in 2024, #1 in 2025, and #4 again in 2026. Over the same period we’ve climbed the Best Workplaces in Technology list, reaching #2 in 2025.
Placements move around as more organisations join the list each year. What doesn’t change however is the one constant that’s placed us in the list 4 years in a row; a culture we work at deliberately, every day.
