Workplace Culture is so important to us here at Sensible. It is for this reason that we partnered with Great Place to Work to independently survey our employees. We did this to ensure that people felt safe, valued and empowered, as well as pick up on any areas for improvement.
We were proud to announce that we achieved GPTW Accreditation in October 2022, and are now ecstatic to be listed #6 amongst the best workplaces in technology. An impressive feat given we are also the only organisation of our kind to appear on the list.
